Common use of Notice of Lease Clause in Contracts

Notice of Lease. Tenant agrees not to record this Lease and, subject to the provisions of Section 25(s) above, to keep the terms of this Lease confidential, but each party hereto agrees, at the request of the others to execute a so-called Notice of Lease in recordable form complying with applicable law and reasonably satisfactory to Landlord's attorneys. In no event shall such document set forth the Rent or other charges payable by Tenant hereunder.

In no event shall such document documents set forth the Rent or other charges payable paid by Tenant hereunder. Notwithstanding any provisions of this Section 20.15, Tenant may submit a copy of this Lease to Tenant’s insurer with respect to the Leased Premises.
