Common use of Notice of Lease Clause in Contracts

Notice of Lease. Landlord and Tenant agree not to record this Lease. Both parties will, at the request of either, execute, acknowledge and deliver a Notice of Lease and a Notice of Termination of Lease Term, each in recordable form. Such notices shall contain only the information required by law for recording. Tenant hereby irrevocably appoints Landlord as Tenant's attorney-in-fact (which appointment shall survive termination of the Term) with full power of substitution to execute, acknowledge and deliver a notice of termination of lease on Tenant's name if Tenant fails to do so within 10 business days after request therefor.
