Notice of Loss, Destruction or Damage. The Producer shall immediately provide the Administrator with written notice of any material loss, destruction or damage to the Agricultural Product, or if any portion of the Agricultural Product ceases to be in marketable condition, whether or not this has occurred through the fault of the Producer.
