Notice of Meetings. (a) Written or printed notice of all meetings of the Shareholders, stating the time, place and purposes of the meeting, shall be given as provided in Section 6.2 for the giving of notices, at least 10 business days before the meeting. At any such meeting, any business properly before the meeting may be considered whether or not stated in the notice of the meeting. Any adjourned or postponed meeting held as provided in Section 6.3 shall not require the giving of additional notice. (b) Notice of any Shareholder meeting need not be given to any Shareholder if a written waiver of notice (including, but not limited to, electronic, telegraphic or facsimile or computerized writings), executed before or after such meeting, is filed with the record of such meeting, or to any Shareholder who shall attend such meeting in person or by proxy. The attendance of a Shareholder at a meeting of Shareholders shall constitute a waiver of notice of such meeting except when a Shareholder attends a meeting for the express purpose of objecting to the transaction of any business on the ground that the meeting has not been lawfully called or convened.
