Notice of Modifications to this Agreement. Maintaining a safe, productive and innovative CIC will require adjustments to the terms of this Agreement from time to time. In the event that CIC needs to make changes to this Agreement, CIC will provide written Notice of such changes. You have 30 days to review such changes. If you have informed CIC in writing during that period that they are not acceptable, CIC will not apply these modifications to your Agreement. Otherwise, you and we agree to deem that you have found them acceptable, and they will henceforth automatically be incorporated into, and form part of, this Agreement.
