Common use of Notice of Nonpayment Clause in Contracts

Notice of Nonpayment. The Borrower will immedi­ately notify the Lender in writing if the Borrower receives any notice, whether oral or written, from any laborer, subcontractor or materialman to the effect that such laborer, subcontractor or materialman has not been paid when due for any labor or materials furnished in connection with the construction of the Improvements­
