Common use of Notice of Nonresponsibility Clause in Contracts

Notice of Nonresponsibility. Tenant shall give Landlord at least ten (10) business days prior written notice before the commencement of any work, construction, alteration or repair on the Premises to afford Landlord the opportunity to record appropriate notices of nonresponsibility.

Tenant shall give provide Landlord with at least ten (10) business days days’ prior written notice before the date for its commencement of any workconstruction of the Leasehold Improvements, constructionin order to permit Landlord to post, alteration or repair on the Premises file, and record such Notices of Nonresponsibility and other instruments as may be necessary to afford protect Landlord the opportunity and its property from claims by Contractors for Construction Costs that are to record appropriate notices of nonresponsibilitybe paid by Tenant.
