Common use of Notice of Occurrence for the Media Liability Coverage Clause in Contracts

Notice of Occurrence for the Media Liability Coverage. Part (Occurrence) Solely with respect to the Media Liability Coverage Part (Occurrence), the Insureds, as a condition precedent to the obligations of the Insurer under Media Liability Coverage Part, shall give written notice to the Insurer as set forth in such Occurrence form.
