Common use of Notice of Occurrences Clause in Contracts

Notice of Occurrences. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord of: (i) any occurrence in or about the Premises for which Landlord might be liable; (ii) any fire or other casualty in the Premises; (iii) any damage to or defect in the Premises including the fixtures, equipment and appurtenances thereof, for the repair of which Landlord might be responsible; and (iv) damage to or defect in any part or appurtenances of the Building's sanitary, electrical, heating, ventilating, air- conditioning, elevator or other systems located in or passing through the Premises or any part thereof.

Tenant shall shall, to the extent Tenant becomes aware of the same, give prompt notice to Landlord of: (i) any occurrence in or about the Premises for which Landlord might be liable; (ii) any fire or other casualty in the Premises; (iii) any damage to or defect in the Premises including the fixtures, equipment and appurtenances thereof, thereof for the repair of which Landlord might be responsible; and (iv) damage to or defect in any part or appurtenances of the Building's sanitary, electrical, heating, ventilating, air- air-conditioning, elevator or other systems located in or passing through the Premises or any part thereof.
