Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord of: (i) any occurrence in or about the Premises for which Landlord might be liable; (ii) any fire or other casualty in the Premises; (iii) any damage to or defect in the Premises including the fixtures, equipment and appurtenances thereof, for the repair of which Landlord might be responsible; and (iv) damage to or defect in any part or appurtenances of the Building's sanitary, electrical, heating, ventilating, air- conditioning, elevator or other systems located in or passing through the Premises or any part thereof.
