Common use of Notice of Payment Approval Clause in Contracts

Notice of Payment Approval. Once the Department is satisfied that the prerequisites set out in clause 5.4 have been met by the Recipient, the Department will notify the Recipient in writing that: (a) the prerequisites in clause 5.4 have been satisfied; and (b) the Department has approved the payment of the Funding Amount to the Recipient to the account details outlined in the Recipient's Tax Invoice.
