Notice of Pending Litigation. Each Party shall notify the other Parties, in writing, within five (5) business days after being served with a summons, complaint or other pleading filed in any federal or state court or administrative agency that involves services provided under this MOU or is otherwise related to this MOU.

Notice of Pending Litigation. Each Unless otherwise provided for in this MOU, each Party shall notify the other Parties, in writing, within five (5) business working days after being served with a summons, complaint complaint, or other pleading filed in any federal or state court or administrative agency that a case which involves services provided under this MOU and which has been filed in any Federal or is otherwise related State court or administrative agency. The Party upon whom service was originally made shall immediately deliver copies of such document to this MOUthe other Parties.
