Notice of Possible Non-Renewal of Contract. Non-tenured teachers, who in the opinion of the teacher’s administrative supervisor may face non-renewal of their contracts for reasons of teaching performance, shall have the benefit of the following procedure conducted by the teacher’s administrative supervisor: a. A conference with the teacher shall be held, during which the teacher must be advised of the cause for possible non-renewal. b. The substance of this conference shall be confirmed in writing to the teacher within five (5) working days of the conference completion. c. If the Board does not give the non-tenured teacher written notice on or before the 1st of June of its intention not to re-employ the teacher, the teacher is considered re-employed for the following school year.
