Notice of Potential Claims or Litigation. The Borrowers shall deliver to the Banks, within 30 days of receipt thereof, written notice of the initiation of any action, claim, complaint, or any other notice of dispute or potential litigation (including without limitation any alleged violation of any Environmental Law), wherein the potential liability is in excess of $500,000, together with a copy of each such notice received by any Borrower.
