Notice of Potential Claims or Litigation. The Borrower will deliver to the Lenders, within thirty (30) days of receipt thereof, written notice of the initiation of any action, claim, complaint, or any other notice of dispute or potential litigation (including without limitation any alleged violation of any Environmental Law or any dispute, litigation, investigation or proceeding between the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and any Governmental Authority), wherein the potential liability would reasonably be expected to be in excess of U.S. Dollar Equivalent of U.S.$50,000,000, together with a copy of each such notice received by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.
