Notice of Potential Claims or Litigation. Each of the Borrowers shall deliver to the Banks, within thirty (30) days of receipt thereof, written notice of the initiation of any action, claim, complaint, or any other notice of dispute or potential litigation, including pursuant to any applicable Environmental Laws, against any of the Borrowers or any of Ryder’s Consolidated Subsidiaries, including, without limitation, the initiation of any action, claim, complaint, or any other notice of dispute or potential litigation, including pursuant to any applicable Environmental Laws brought by any Governmental Authority, wherein the potential liability is in excess of $50,000,000 and which are required to be reported pursuant to Regulation S-K under the Securities Act of 1933.
