Notice of Program Transfer / Merger. When the Employer decides to transfer or merge a program or a partial program and the transfer or merger will result in the transfer or layoff of one (1) or more faculty members, the Employer will provide written notice to the Union(s) as soon as possible, but within sixty (60) calendar days prior to the date of transfer or merger.
