Joint Committee on Benefits Administration. The following benefits will be changed effective thirty (30) days after the date that ongoing savings to pay for this benefit are realized as a result of initiatives of the Joint Committee on Benefits Administration or such later date as agreed by the Committee:
Joint Committee on Benefits Administration. If a sector wide joint committee is formed with a mandate to improve employee benefits and / or benefit design, the parties agree to participate. Any changes to the plan provisions that would increase the costs of health and welfare benefits for individual employers or reduce plan provisions without the agreement of the parties to this Agreement will not be made. The employer agrees to pay any costs associated with participating in this committee. The parties further agree that any savings realized through this committee will be used to improve benefits for employees in the CUPE bargaining unit.

  • Salary Administration Section 1. Salary eligibility date is defined as the date an employee is eligible for an annual performance pay increase. The salary eligibility date is computed from the date of hire. Employees shall be eligible for annual performance pay increases on the employees' salary eligibility date provided the employee is not at the top step of the salary range of the employees' classification. The employee may be denied the annual performance pay increase if there has been a serious performance or attendance problem. Denials are subject to review within six (6) months. Denials may be grieved under the provisions of Article 51. Section 2. Any employee requiring an emergency draw shall be authorized once during the term of this Agreement to make such a draw without explanation. Additional draws may be requested in accord with existing policy and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

  • Program Administration An activity relating to the general management, oversight and coordination of community development programs. Costs directly related to carrying out eligible activities are not included.
