Notice of Property Loss. After the occurrence of loss or damage to, or after receipt of notice of condemnation of, the Project Facilities, if such loss or damage to the Project Facilities exceeds $50,000, the Company shall within five (5) Business Days thereof notify the Authority, the Trustee and the Bank, in writing, of such damage.
