Common use of Notice of Property Loss Clause in Contracts

Notice of Property Loss. After the occurrence of loss or damage to, or after receipt of notice of condemnation of, the Project Facilities, the Lessee shall within five (5) Business Days thereof notify the Trustee and the Bank, in writing, of such damage.
