Notice of Proposed Construction. The Sponsor agrees to submit an FAA Form 7460‐1, Notice of Proposed Construction or Alteration before construction, installation or alteration of any Project under this Agreement that falls under the requirements of Subpart B to Part 77, Objects Affecting Navigable Airspace. Design, Bid, Build is the standard and preferred method for project delivery for State airport development grant projects. Alternative contracting methods (Design Build, Construction Manager at Risk, Task Order Contract) may be used in accordance with A.R.S. Title 34, Chapters 1, 2 and 6. Use of an alternative contracting method shall be reviewed and approved by the State prior to the Sponsor executing a contract for the work. If a project is approved for an alternative contracting method, the Sponsor must comply with all Federal, State, and Local policies, regulations, rules, and laws, as well as all requirements of this grant agreement within that method.
