Notice of Proposed Policies or Regulations. The University shall provide to UFF, via posting on the University website and via email notification, an advance copy of any proposed regulation or policy that could reasonably be construed to affect terms or conditions of employment contained in this Agreement.
Notice of Proposed Policies or Regulations. (a) The University Administration shall provide to the UFF an advance copy of any proposed new or amended regulation or policy.
(b) The University Administration shall provide the UFF with an advance copy of a proposed new or amended regulation or policy promptly but not later than the date of publication of the initial public notice of a proposed new or amended regulation or policy under the provisions of Board of Governors Regulation 1.
