Notice of Purchase of Oil and Gas Properties. In the event a Credit Party acquires additional Oil and Gas Properties, the Borrower shall deliver promptly, but in any event within forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar quarter in which such acquisition occurred, to the Administrative Agent a list of all Oil and Gas Properties of the Credit Parties (including each such newly acquired Oil and Gas Property) not subject to a Lien of the Security Instruments at the time of delivery of such list to the Administrative Agent, in substantially the form of Exhibit I attached hereto.
