Notice of Redemption by the Issuer. Notice of redemption pursuant to Section 10.01 shall be given by first class mail, postage prepaid, mailed not less than [15] days prior to the applicable Redemption Date, to each Noteholder, at his address in the Note Register. All notices of redemption shall state: (1) the Redemption Date; (2) the Redemption Price; and (3) that on the Redemption Date, the Redemption Price will become due and payable upon each such Note, and that interest thereon shall cease to accrue on such date. Notice of redemption of Offered Notes shall be given by the Issuer, by an Authorized Officer, or, at the request of such Authorized Officer, by the Indenture Trustee in the name and at the expense of the Issuer. Failure to give notice of redemption, or any defect therein, to any Noteholder selected for redemption shall not impair or affect the validity of the redemption of any other Note.
