Common use of Notice of Remarketing Clause in Contracts

Notice of Remarketing. At or prior to 2:00 p.m. on the Business Day --------------------- preceding each day on which any Pledged Bonds that are successfully remarketed by the Remarketing Agent are to be purchased, the Remarketing Agent shall give telephonic notice, promptly confirmed in writing, to the Trustee, the Borrower and the Bank specifying:
