Notice of Repayment. Notice of repayment shall be given by first-class mail, postage prepaid, mailed not later than the 15th calendar day, and not earlier than the 10th calendar day, prior to the Repayment Date, to each Holder of Debentures to be repaid, at the address of such Holder as it appears in the Security Register. Each notice of repayment shall identify the Debentures to be repaid (including CUSIP number, if a CUSIP number has been assigned to the Debentures) and shall state:
