Notice of Retirement Incentive. If an employee submits his/her written notice to the Board of Education of the employee’s retirement through STRS by November 1st of the school year in which the employee is going to retire, the Board of Education shall pay to the employee a stipend in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000).
