Notice of Returned Goods, etc. The Borrower will promptly notify the Lender of the return, rejection or repossession of any goods sold or delivered in respect of any Receivables, and of any claims made in regard thereto to the extent that the aggregate purchase price of any such goods in any given calendar month exceeds in the aggregate Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) in any given calendar month.
