Common use of Notice of Scheduled Delivery Date Clause in Contracts

Notice of Scheduled Delivery Date. Borrower agrees to give each Lender written notice or telephonic notice (to be confirmed promptly in writing) of the date the Aircraft is scheduled to be delivered (the “Scheduled Delivery Date”) so that such notice is received by each Lender not later than 4:30 p.m., New York City time, on the tenth (10th) day prior to the Scheduled Delivery Date. Borrower undertakes to promptly notify each Lender of any amendment or change in the Scheduled Delivery Date.
