NOTICE OF SUBCONTRACTING. 15.01 The Employer agrees that it is not the intention to contract out any work. However, should the Employer find it necessary to contract out work presently performed by members of the bargaining unit, Employees so displaced will be allowed to exercise their seniority rights subject to Layoff and Recall articles.
