Evening Shift. The evening shift shall include all scheduled shifts where the majority of hours occur after 2:00 p.m.
Evening Shift. An employee who works an evening shift of four (4) hours or more between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. will be paid a shift differential of twelve percent (12%) of the employee’s base rate of pay.
Evening Shift. (a) (i) When the store is open in excess of three (3) evenings per week, employees will not be scheduled to work on more than three (3) evenings. The Employer further agrees that employees will not be scheduled to work more than three (3) weeks in a row for three

Evening Shift. The Evening Shift shall consist of up to eight (8) hours of work (“Evening Shift Hours”) beginning at any time between 2:30 P.M. and 4:30 P.M., which shall be paid at the Employee’s Straight Time Rate plus a 10% premium. Hours worked in excess of Evening Shift Hours instead receive overtime pay computed in accordance with Clause (e) for work.
Evening Shift. A Shift Differential of ARTICLE 17 SHIFT PREMIUM Effective January 1, 2021 - two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour shall be paid: Effective January 1, 2022 - two dollars and seventy-five cents ($2.75) per hour shall be paid:
(a) to Employees working a shift where the majority of such shift falls within the period of fifteen hundred (1500) hours to twenty-three hundred (2300) hours; or
(b) to Employees for each regularly scheduled hour worked between fifteen hundred (1500) hours to twenty-three hundred (2300) hours, provided that at least two (2) hours is worked between fifteen hundred (1500) hours to zero twenty-three hundred (2300) hours;
(c) to Employees for all overtime hours worked which fall within the period of fifteen hundred (1500) hours to twenty-three hundred (2300) hours. LOCAL CONDITIONS FOR REGISTERED NURSES
Evening Shift. For LPNs working the evening shift New Years Eve will be considered the designated holiday for purposes of holiday premium pay.
Evening Shift. Each covered employee shall receive a pay differential of five percent (5%) of base pay in addition to his or her base hourly pay. Any such employee who works overtime in continuation of the evening shift shall continue to receive the shift differential for each hour of overtime worked.
Evening Shift. In addition to the regular rate of pay for hours worked, shift differential as set forth in the chart below will be paid after 3:00pm (2:00pm Nursing Home) to employees who work four (4) or more hours (including meal and rest breaks) after 5:00pm for the evening shift. Evening Shift. (a) The normal hours of work for the visiting evening shift will be sixteen hundred (1600) hours to twenty-four hundred (2400) hours. If the Employer plans to implement changes to the evening shift hours, the Employer will provide the Union with thirty (30) calendar days notice and will meet with the Union within two (2) weeks of the notice to discuss any issues related to the change in hours.
(b) A regular part-time or casual nurse who is working evening hours and has completed the work assignment may be required to remain available until 2400 hours. The remaining time will be compensated at the regular rate of pay or as standby at management’s discretion.
(c) Nurses working at the Mission Hospice on the evening shift will be paid shift premium for all hours worked during their scheduled evening shift.
(d) In the event of the need for last minute coverage of an evening shift there will be an attempt to cover the evening shift by a volunteer first. If coverage is not obtained then the next nurse on a rotational basis will be assigned to the evening shift. The evening shift being covered will be exchanged for an evening shift that was to be scheduled later if possible. Changes to the nurse’s scheduled hours should not cause undue hardship for the nurse.
