Common use of Notice of Substitution of Airframe Clause in Contracts

Notice of Substitution of Airframe. If the Subordination Agent, in its capacity as a holder of Equipment Notes issued under an Indenture, receives a notice of substitution of a Substitute Airframe (as defined in such Indenture) pursuant to Section 4.04(f) of such Indenture, the Subordination Agent shall promptly (i) provide a copy of such notice to each Trustee, each Liquidity Provider and each Rating Agency and (ii) on behalf of each Trustee post such notice on DTC’s Internet bulletin board or make such other commercially reasonable efforts as the Subordination Agent may deem appropriate to make the contents of such notice available to all Certificateholders.
