Notice of Suits, Adverse Events. Furnish Agent written notice, within 5 Business Days of (i) an Authorized Officer of any Credit Party having knowledge thereof, any lapse or other termination of any material Consent issued to any Credit Party by any Governmental Body or any other Person that is material to the operation of such Credit Party’s business, (ii) an Authorized Officer of any Credit Party having knowledge thereof, any refusal by any Governmental Body or any other Person to renew or extend any such material Consent; and (iii) filing by any Credit Party with any Governmental Body or Person, copies of any material periodic or special reports, if such reports indicate the occurrence of a Material Adverse Effect and (iv) an Authorized Officer of any Credit Party having knowledge thereof, copies of any notices and other communications from any Governmental Body or Person which specifically relate to any Credit Party and are material and adverse to a Credit Party.
