Notice of Technological Enhancements. Licensee shall, at the Informational Meetings, inform Licensor of any Technological Enhancements authorized or approved by Licensee to be undertaken by its permitted third party sublicensees which has not been previously notified to Licensor at prior Informational Meetings.
