Notice of Termination and Opportunity to Object. If the Grantee materially defaults 31 under this Agreement, HUD may terminate the grant. Any findings regarding a Grantee’s 32 failure to abide by the terms of this grant that would support a termination of funding shall 33 be exclusively within HUD’s discretion. Additionally, pursuant to 2 CFR 200.340(a)(2), 34 this grant may be terminated in whole or in part by HUD, to the greatest extent authorized 35 by law, if an award no longer effectuates the program goals or agency priorities.
