Common use of Notice of Transfer Clause in Contracts

Notice of Transfer. The Administrative Agent and the Issuing Bank may deem and treat any Lender which is a party to this Credit Agreement as the owner of such Lender's respective portions of the Loans for all purposes, unless and until a written notice of the assignment or transfer thereof executed by such Lender shall have been received by the Administrative Agent and become effective in accordance with Section 13.3 hereof.

Notice of Transfer. The Administrative Agent and the Issuing Bank may deem and treat any Lender which is a party to this Credit Agreement as the owner of such Lender's respective portions of the Loans and participations in Letters of Credit for all purposes, unless and until a written notice of the assignment or transfer thereof executed by any such Lender shall have been received by the Administrative Agent and become effective in accordance with Section 13.3 hereof.
