Notice of Transfers. Landowner shall give Company at least thirty (30) days written notice prior to any Transfer of all or a portion of the Leased Property or the Adjacent Property identifying the transferee, the portion of Landowner’s property to be transferred and the proposed date of Transfer. This Lease shall run with the Leased Property and survive any Transfer thereof.
