Common use of Notice of Unauthorized Use Clause in Contracts

Notice of Unauthorized Use. Company will notify Amazon immediately upon discovery of any unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information or any other breach of this Agreement. Company will cooperate with Amazon in every reasonable way to help Amazon regain possession of such Confidential Information and prevent its further unauthorized use and disclosure.
