Common use of Notice of Violations of Law Clause in Contracts

Notice of Violations of Law. Prompt notice if the Borrower shall receive any notification from any Governmental Authority alleging a violation of any Applicable Law or any inquiry which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; and

Prompt notice if the Borrower Borrower, any other Obligor, or any of their respective Subsidiaries shall receive any notification from any Governmental Authority alleging a violation of any Applicable Law or any inquiry as to any Collateral Pool Property, or as to any Property other than a Collateral Pool Property which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; and;
