Common use of Notice of Work Clause in Contracts

Notice of Work. Before any buildings, structures or other -------------- improvements or additions thereto, having a cost in excess of One Hundred Fifty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($150,000.00) are constructed or reconstructed upon the Premises, Developer shall serve written notice upon the Landlord in the manner specified in this Lease of Developer's intention to perform such work for the purpose of enabling Landlord to post notices on non-responsibility under the provisions of Section 3094 of the Civil Code of the State of California, or any other similar notices which may be required by law.
