Project Website The State will develop and maintain a website that will be made available in advance of the first public meeting for this project. The Engineer shall provide project information for the project website to the State including documents related to project background, study area limits, study objectives, project photos, study area maps, material presented at public meetings, and contact information for requesting additional information. The project website will be updated with the documents and other information provided by the Engineer to the State after each set of public meetings and the final report in PDF format provided by the Engineer will be posted by the State to give the general public access to the document.
RELEASE OF BID EVALUATION MATERIALS Requests concerning the evaluation of Bids may be submitted under the Freedom of Information Law. Information, other than statistical or factual tabulations or data such as the Bid Tabulation, shall only be released as required by law after Contract award. Line Information Database 9.1 LIDB is a transaction-oriented database accessible through Common Channel Signaling (CCS) networks. For access to LIDB, e-Tel must purchase appropriate signaling links pursuant to Section 10 of this Attachment. LIDB contains records associated with End User Line Numbers and Special Billing Numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other Network Elements and provides appropriate responses. The query originator need not be the owner of LIDB data. LIDB queries include functions such as screening billed numbers that provides the ability to accept Collect or Third Number Billing calls and validation of Telephone Line Number based non-proprietary calling cards. The interface for the LIDB functionality is the interface between BellSouth’s CCS network and other CCS networks. LIDB also interfaces to administrative systems.
