NOTICE, OPT-OUTS, AND OBJECTIONS. 8.1 Within thirty (30) days of the Preliminary Approval Order, the Settlement Administrator shall distribute the Summary Notice, activate the Settlement Website and otherwise implement the Notice Program provided herein, using the forms of Notice substantially in the form attached as Exhibits A-E as approved by the Court in the Preliminary Approval Order.
