Notice or Notices. “Notice” or “Notices” means the Court-approved Notice of Proposed Settlement of Class Action Lawsuit.

Notice or Notices direct notice of this proposed Settlement to be distributed within thirty (30) days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, which is to be provided substantially in the manner set forth in this Agreement and ▇▇▇ Decl., Exhibit B.
Notice or Notices. All requests, demands and other communications, in writing (including telecopy communications), sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, overnight delivery service, telecopy or hand delivery to the other party at that party’s Principal Office.
