Common use of Notice or Notices Clause in Contracts

Notice or Notices. “Notice” or “Notices” means the Court-approved Notice of Proposed Settlement of Class Action Lawsuit and Fairness Hearing. The Notice shall inform Settlement Class Members of the estimated benefits available under the Settlement.
