The Borrowers will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders written notice of (a) promptly after the adoption thereof, any amendment to the organizational documents of any Borrower; and (b) promptly, the enactment or adoption of any law which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
