Notice Regarding Disputed Accounts. Borrower shall give Lender prompt notice of any Accounts which, for an Account Debtor, aggregate in excess of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) in dispute between such Account Debtor and Borrower. In addition, each Daily Collateral Report shall identify all disputed Accounts and disclose, in reasonable detail, the reason for the dispute, all claims related thereto and the amount in controversy. 6.4
