Notice Regarding Title And Legal Counsel. As required by the Texas Real Estate License Act, Seller hereby advises Purchaser that Purchaser should have the abstract covering the Property examined by an attorney of Purchaser’s own selection, or that Purchaser should be furnished with or obtain a policy of title insurance. By signing this Agreement, Purchaser acknowledges receipt of this notice. Purchaser and Seller further acknowledge that they have been given the opportunity to, and are hereby advised to, consult with an attorney of their choice with regard to this Agreement, the closing documents to be executed in connection herewith and the transaction contemplated by this Agreement.
