Common use of Notice; Reporting Clause in Contracts

Notice; Reporting. Tenant shall notify Landlord, in writing, within two (2) days after any of the following: (a) a release or discharge of any Hazardous Material, whether or not the release or discharge is in quantities that would otherwise be reportable to a public agency; (b) Tenant's receipt of any order of a governmental agency requiring any Remedial Work pursuant to any Hazardous Materials Laws; (c) Tenant's receipt of any warning, notice of inspection, notice of violation or alleged violation, or Tenant's receipt of notice or knowledge of any proceeding, investigation of enforcement action, pursuant to any Hazardous Materials Laws; or (d) Tenant's receipt of notice or knowledge of any claims made or threatened by any third party against Tenant or the Leased Premises, the Building or the Project, relating to any loss or injury resulting from Hazardous Materials. Tenant shall deliver to Landlord copies of all test results, reports and business or management plans required to be filed with any governmental agency pursuant to any Hazardous Materials Laws.
