Notice to Account Debtors and Obligors. At any time after the occurrence of any Event of Default, Servicer shall (on behalf of Seller), at Administrative Agent’s or any Purchaser Agent’s request and at Seller’s expense, give notice of Administrative Agent’s ownership and security interest in the Pool Assets to each applicable Account Debtor or Obligor and instruct them that payments on the Pool Assets will only be effective if made to, or as otherwise instructed in writing by, Administrative Agent.
