Notify Borrower's and Guarantor's accountants in writing that Bank intends to rely upon financial information prepared by such accountants on behalf of Borrower and each Guarantor in determining whether to make any extension of credit covered by this Loan Agreement, including any advance, renewal or extension thereto.
