Notice to be given by the Client to the Agent for Additional Services. The notice required to be given by the Client to the Agent for the delivery of additional services which are not included in the Agent’s fee will be by agreement between the parties prior to commencement of the additional services. These additional services are not included in Parts I and II of Schedule II to this Agreement, but are included in Part IV of Schedule II to this Agreement.

Income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of professional services or other activities of an independent character shall be taxable only in that State except in the following circumstances, when such income may also be taxed in the other Contracting State:
