Common use of Notice to Bondholders Clause in Contracts

Notice to Bondholders. The Trustee shall cause notice of the execution of each supplement or amendment to this Agreement or this Agreement to be mailed to the Bondholders. The notice shall, at the option of the Trustee, either (a) briefly state the nature of the amendment or supplement and that copies of it are on file with the Trustee for inspection by Bondholders or (b) enclose a copy of such amendment or supplement.

Notice to Bondholders.
